Established in 2013, PASS Services is a 100% Australian owned, family-run cleaning company specialising in commercial, industrial and office cleaning in South-East Queensland. Paul Zibanovic gives us his insights on the i-mop.

Tell us a little bit about your business – the where, what, how & when!

We are a commercial and industrial cleaning company covering SE Qld. We look after all the cleaning requirements for high-rise office buildings, various body corporate buildings, and all types of industrial premises.

What made you choose i-mops?

We needed a machine that was able to clean and get into small tight spaces (such as toilet cubicles), but was also capable of cleaning larger areas at the same time. The i-mop was the perfect choice for this.

What have been the benefits of using the i-mop scrubber dryer?

No other machine can get into small tight spaces like the i-mop can. Other machines we’ve had have not been able to achieve the same results we get with the i-mop .

What types of floors do you clean with the i-mop?

We use the i-mop for cleaning many different types of surfaces. These include tiled floors, vinyl & lino, concrete/concrete mix surfaces as well as rubberised floors.

How were you previously cleaning your floors? How does the i-mop compare?

We have previously used small Polivac machines, but they were not up to the task. There is no comparison.

What are the things you like most about the i-mop?

The i-mop is compact and versatile. It can easily be transported from site to site if required. The batteries have ample charge to do even larger jobs.

What would you say to anyone looking at buying an i-mop?

For anyone requiring a compact machine for cleaning floors, the i-mop is the best value for money investment you will make.

Any other comments, stories or fun facts about the i-mop?

When we purchased our most recent i-mop we thought we had received a broken machine. The older model we have could turn on in an upright position. When we tried to turn on the new machine in an upright position, it didn’t work. After much frustration we realized the new models need to be in the cleaning position before they will turn on. Doh!
