25 Million Litres of Clean Water Contributed

Thanks to i-mop users across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, we are proud to say that our floor scrubbing machine has contributed more than 25,000,000 litres of clean drinking water to developing countries with Made Blue.

According to the World Health Organisation, the average human needs three litres of clean drinking water per day to survive. That means that our contribution has provided a day's supply of clean drinking water for over 8.3 million people – that’s a substantial achievement.

What is Made Blue all about?

Made Blue is a charitable foundation with a clear mission: access to clean water for all.

The foundation works in developing countries to help to deliver critical water infrastructure to those who need it most.

We're proud to have been an ambassador since 2015.

Where do we fit in?

It all started with the legendary i-mop , our floor cleaning machine. The i-mop was designed from the ground up to change the way we think about cleaning by dramatically improving the cleaning process; not only does the i-mop deliver vastly improved floor cleaning results, it also saves up to 90% of water!

So, we got to thinking about how we could put all this saved water to good use. Enter Made Blue.

We now have a global partnership with Made Blue and every i-mop sold contributes the equivalent of 18 litres of clean water per day to the Made Blue foundation. That’s on top of the water saved through using the i-mop!
