i-scrub 30E Frequently asked questions
The i-scrub 30E is a powerful orbital carpet & hard floor cleaning machine. It is effective at cleaning a wide range of floor surfaces, including:

Your i-scrub is compatible with a wide range of cleaning chemical solutions. We do however recommend the following:
- Stick to chemicals between 3-11 on the pH scale
- Use low-foaming chemicals to avoid sticky residue on your floors
- Ensure the tank is dosed with the correct chemical-to-water ratio
- Check with the floor manufacturer’s guidelines for specific cleaning advice
- Do not use solvents
- Rinse through with clean water after using harsh chemicals
The i-scrub 30E is packaged with a 24-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase. Brushes, pads, drive blocks and other parts are subject to normal wear and are not covered by this limited warranty. Register your warranty here.
We recommend regular in-house maintenance of your i-scrub 30E to keep it in optimal working order. If using chemicals in the unit, we suggest to rinse out the solution tank and flush the line after use. It is also recommended to charge the battery after every use.
All other servicing should be performed by an authorized service centre. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
