And your role and responsibilities at Chargrill Charlie’s?
I own and operate the Chargrill Charlies Coogee (NSW) Franchise. I am a director and involved in the day-to-day operations.
Prior to buying the i-mop, was there some particular problems you were having that made you begin looking for a floor cleaning machine?
Prior to the i-mop , we were using a standard mop and bucket, which wasn't really cleaning the floor properly

Although it was expensive, it had the best reviews so we decided to purchase it.
What areas of the restaurant do you clean with the i-mop? How much has it improved the appearance of these floors?
We clean the dining room and takeaway areas. It has improved the appearance enormously.
Is the i-mop easy to maintain? Any issues?
It is easy to maintain, we clean it thoroughly every 10 days.

5 Stars - I have told all the other 18 franchise stores about it and the Rose Bay store has already purchased it.
