Steve knows clean like the back of his hand, and his impressive client base is a testament to that fact - all thanks to word-of-mouth referrals. So, what's the secret behind Steve's super cleans? Well, we asked him, and he revealed that it's all about working smarter, not harder. Steve firmly believes in using machinery instead of manual labor, despite the initial cost. Why? Steves journey began in 2018 after he left the real estate industry to start a commercial cleaning business. With a limited budget, he purchased some basic equipment, a vehicle and voila! Super Steves Cleaning Team was born. One of his first regular cleaning jobs was a medical center that he tackled every Saturday after it closed at 12:30 PM. Steve vividly recalls the arduous task of mopping the center's expansive floors, which took him a whopping hour and ten minutes each time. Despite using a trusty mop and bucket, he soon realised that this approach wasn't efficient enough to keep up with the demand. 

Steve's business journey took a crucial turn when he realized the importance of working smarter, not harder. This realisation pushed him to explore the possibility of using machines to help him handle the job. After conducting extensive research, that's when Steve discovered the i-mop. "I was watching videos and reading reviews all the time. After about 6 months, I woke up one day and thought, just buy the machine!" Since then, Steve hasn't looked back.

Using the i-mop floor scrubber has made a significant impact on the businesses' cleaning efficiency. During our conversation, Steve passionately explains the significant difference in cleaning efficacy between using a traditional mop and bucket versus the i-mop. In fact, you're only cleaning the floor by 30% because all you're doing is recycling the water by putting the dirty water back on the floor, then back in the bucket!". He also recalls a time when he was tasked with cleaning carpets for a client who was moving into a new house. With no power available, some tradies opted to clean the garage floor using a mop and bucket. Steve knew this would be a bad idea, as the bad weather conditions and excessive water would leave the floor wet and unusable until the following morning. Instead, Steve offered to use his battery-operated i-mop to clean the floors. The tradies were impressed with the results - not only were the floors impeccably cleaned, but they were also able to paint them just half an hour later! This wouldn’t have been possible without the i-mop.
