What is your role & responsibilities at Benlee Capital ?

I overlook the management of several industrial and commercial buildings within the various portfolios we look after.

Where did you first come across the i-mop? What was your first impressions?

I first came across the i-mop when my home builder had arranged a trial, as he believed we would appreciate the improvement of the quality of cleaning. My self and those I was with were absolutely shocked at how much dirt was sitting on the floor and ultimately collected.

What have been the benefits of using the i-mop and the i-scrub21?

1. Time and effort spent cleaning the floor has decreased dramatically. 2.The floors look and feel cleaner which I believe will increase the life of the floor finish.

What areas do you clean with the i-mop auto scrubber?

Kitchen, hallways, foyers, dining room, terrace and lounge.

And what applications is the i-scrub 21 battery scrubber best for?

I think the best application for the i-scrub 21 is on indoor steps and hard surfaces where the i-mop cant reach or fit.

How were you previously cleaning your floors? How does the i-mop compare?

Previously our floors were cleaned using a mop which doesn’t compare once you understand how much more effectively the i-mop is in removing dirt.

How easy are is the i-mop and i-scrub for operators to use and maintain?

I have experience using the i-mop but not the i-scrub however I believe the i-mop is extremely easy to use once the operator is familiar with it.
